At we want you to have the simplest easiest buying experience possible. However we understand that you might have a few questions that we hope to help you answer here. Read on for details about the different shipping options, delivery time, shipping preference, and more. If your query has not been answered here, please contact us with any questions or comments you may have.
Shipping Options & Costs

BrushWiz employs the most efficient haulers so make sure that our customers get the products right on time.

We pack every item with utmost care to prevent accidental transportation damage. Each product is insured and the delivery team provides doorstep delivery for your convenience. As soon as your product is shipped from our facility, you will receive a tracking number and using that number you can track the location of your order online.

For most of the items, we provide the shipping options mentioned below:

  • Standard Shipping (10 to 14 days)
  • Expedited Shipping (5 to 10 days)
  • Express Shipping (3 to 5 days)

Kindly remember that shipping time don’t include processing time.

Shipping Cost Calculation Process

At BrushWiz, we try to offer our customers the lowest possible shipping rates. To know the shipping cost of your order, please add the items to your shopping cart and check the shipping cost during checkout. Just fill up the shipping address section to view the shipping options and cost.

The shipping charge is based upon size of the merchandise, weight, number of products you are ordering, delivery location and the chosen shipping option. We also charge a negligible amount of money for insurance purpose to keep your products safe from accidental damage or theft during air or transit. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive a bulk-shipping discount. That means the total shipping charges will be less than the sum of individual products included in your cart. Please note that each shipping option has its own restriction and the shipping cost will be added to your order. The total delivery cost will be automatically added to your order and you will see the final amount before online payment.

Shipping to a Different Address

We help you store a number of addresses in your account, so that you can send orders to your home, office or to someone else. If you want to gift someone a product from our store, buy the product and send it directly to the gift recipient. During checkout, when you visit Select Shipping Address page, Click on Change Shipping Address to select or add the gift recipient’s address to the Address Book. Whenever you checkout in future, you can simply select any stored address from the address book.

Shipment Safety Measures

Maintaining the quality of packaging is a very important factor for us and that is why we use high quality materials to pack your products. If your order contains the following items, we will dispatch them separately in suitable packaging. You don’t have to pay any extra shipping cost.

  • Unframed Paintings: These are rolled with proper protective wrapping paper and then sealed in a tube made of cardboard.
  • Framed Paintings: These are wrapped in a protective bubble wrap and then sealed in a sturdy cardboard carton.

Gift Packaging - During checkout, if you notify us that a particular product is a gift and write a customized gift message, we will print the message on the packing slip and would not mention the price on the packing slip. However, at the moment, we don’t provide gift wrapping service.

Divided Shipments

If you purchase several products, we may dispatch the items separately. Our warehouses are located in different places and some of the items can be out of stock during the time of your order placement. That is why; we may dispatch the products one after another. However, you don’t have to pay anything extra for split shipments. We will provide all the shipment related information to find out which products have been dispatched separately. You can use Track Your Orders Orders to check the status of rest of your ordered items.

If you have any questions regarding the missing items from your order, after the shipment(s) is delivered at your address, please contact us immediately and our customer service experts will take care of the issue.

Free Shipping Promotion

If you meet the following terms and conditions, we may provide an exclusive free shipping rate for selected items:

  • Free Shipping Promotion is exclusively applicable to Standard/Expedited Shipping
  • Unless otherwise noted, Framed or oversized items are not included in this promotion.

Package Insurance Policy

If you are not happy with a product, we will either refund, exchange or replace that product. In case, you receive a damaged package or your package is lost during transportation, please get in touch with our Customer Experience Team via email.

Shipping Method Can’t Be Changed After Placing The Order

Once you place an order, the shipping method can’t be changed. To select a suitable delivery time, please refer to Estimating Delivery Time.

Delivery Time

We value your time and do our very best to ship your orders right on time. For most of the items, we calculate expected delivery dates to make you aware of the order delivery in advance. While calculating the expected delivery date, we consider various things such as product availability, order processing time, shipping method and shipping address.

We will provide you the estimated delivery date during checkout and will also send it via order confirmation mail and order history. Please remember that estimated delivery date is a probable date only and that the actual delivery date may vary depending on factors such as how intricate your order is, whether the painting has dried enough to be shipped, if you choose to have your painting framed, whether your order is subject to customs or duty charges, if you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (extreme weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc), among other factors. Due to these reasons, the estimated delivery data may change between the time you place an order and get the order confirmation mail. We try heartily to provide exact delivery date in advance. We also offer a number of options for order tracking, such as order detail and tracking links.

The Time We Take To Deliver Your Order

To calculate the entire delivery time, you have to count the days between product purchase date and product-receiving date. The entire delivery time is divided in two parts, processing and shipping.

Processing time - When you place an order on our site, it takes us some time to dispatch the product from our warehouse. The time between order placing and dispatch is the processing time. You can find the processing time of each product from our site’s product pages.

Shipping time - Shipping time is the time that goes between dispatching the shipment to the day it reaches the destination. Shipping time is mentioned in checkout.

Product Availability + Shipping Speed = Estimated Delivery Date Range.

Things You Can Do For Faster Delivery

For most of the products, you will get 3 different shipping options. You can select any one of them.

  • Standard Shipping
  • Expedited Shipping
  • Express Shipping

The promptness of delivery depends upon the option you select. If you bought various items with different processing times, then you can select "I want my items faster. Ship them as soon as they become available (at additional cost)" to get the products faster. We will start sending the in-stock items immediately and also rest of the products as soon as they are available. You have to pay for each shipment, but the advantage of this facility is that you will get some or all of your products earlier.

Estimated Delivery Date Is Over And I Did Not Receive My Order

Kindly remember that Estimated Delivery Dates are only expected dates of delivery and the actual delivery dates may differ. Due to various reasons, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We try our level best to offer accurate delivery dates and provide several resources, such as order detail and tracking links for order tracking.

If your order has been dispatched via a traceable method such as FedEx, UPS, TNT and DHL, then tracking information will be available in your account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:

1. If the tracking data shows that your products have been delivered, please cross check the data with your family members and neighbors. Consignments are sometimes left at your garage, porch, or even behind bushes. The carrier may also deliver the product at your neighbor’s home or to your building manager.

2. If the tracking information shows that the shipment is returned to BrushWiz, or if the delivery address is incorrect, we may not be able to deliver your product.

3. If you don’t see any tracking information or can’t locate the consignment and its not also returned as undeliverable, please contact our customer service specialists for assistance.

My Order Was Shipped To Me Before I Approved My Painting(s)

You will receive an email confirmation just as soon as your order is complete along with a link to preview the finished work from your personal area. If the order status remains the same our system will generate and send you up to three email reminders. After 2 weeks without any response, your item(s) will be shipped to you.

My Order Did Not Reach Me On The Scheduled Date Of Delivery

If your order does not reach you by 5 p.m the scheduled date, get in touch with our customer service.

Shipping Info Notice

If you get a Shipping Info Notice at your doorstep that means we have tried to deliver or pickup an order. The Info Notice will provide you all the necessary information to complete the delivery or pickup.

  • If you placed a COD or signature mandatory order, please refer to boxes checked by your carrier driver on the Info Notice.
  • If the driver delivered your parcel at some other location (your garage or back porch), then read the Info Notice to know where the product was left.
  • If a product pickup was not successful due to your absence, the Info Notice will provide you the next pickup date and time.

In Case You Have Missed The Info Notice

Our carrier partners try to deliver a product three times, if the previous delivery attempts were not successful. However, they don’t deliver products on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

The Waiting Period For Filing A Claim

If you find that your product(s) is damaged, delivered wrongly or rigged during transit, kindly contact our Customer Service immediately. If your consignment was lost during transportation, please contact Customer Service within 7 business days from the estimate delivery date and inform us that you have not received your order yet.

The Reasons For Not Delivering A Package

We know that customers don’t like to see “product returned” statement and that is why we request you to provide your complete delivery address. When you provide a detailed address, our carriers make sure that the package reaches its destination.

If the carrier finds that you are not at home and there is also no secure place to leave the product, he may not leave the product at your home. In such cases, the service provider generally leaves a notice about the situation and informs you from where you can pick the shipment. If you need any help regarding this situation, please contact us. You can also try the carrier’s toll free number.

Package Can’t Be Re-Routed

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we don’t re-route any shipment, once it’s dispatched from our warehouse. You can however request a re-route from the shipping company.

An Item Is Missing From My Order

Make sure that you have received a box for each tracking number, mentioned in the order detail. If you got all the boxes, but still an item is missing, please contact our customer service immediately.

Shipping Preference

When you place an order through our order form, we give you complete shipping freedom. You can club your products and reduce the number of shipment or you can also ship each product separately, as soon as they are available. Both these options have their own advantages.

Group My Items Into As Few Shipments As Possible

If you want to save shipping costs, then select "group my items into as few shipments as possible”. However, if some products are not available at the time of purchase, you may have to wait a bit longer. Once the all the ordered items are available, we will combine them to reduce shipping cost.

Kindly note, that this shipping option can increase processing time and delay shipments. If a product is out of stock or on backorder, we may not send rest of the products until that product is available. As soon as the “out of stock” product is “available”, we will send the complete order to your address in a single shipment.

Shipping Items As Soon As They Become Available

If you want to receive your products immediately, select "I want my items faster. Ship them as soon as they become available (at additional cost)". When you select this option, we start shipping the in stock items first and then ship the out of stock items as soon as they are available.

You have to bear the pre-shipment fee of every shipment, but you will receive some or all of your chosen items a lot faster. It’s a costlier than "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" shipping option, but helps you get products quickly. However, you don’t need to worry about shipping expenses, because we will try to group some items in each shipment to save your money.

Estimating the Number of Shipments

The number of shipments is dependent upon:

Type of product: In stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours from the time of order. However, if an item is out of stock, such as custom work or paintings, then we may take longer to ship it.

Products requiring special care: Some items require extra care, such as large and heavy paintings. We will ship such products separately so that they don’t get damaged during transit.

* Please note that you may receive more shipments that you actually mentioned in the order detail. Nevertheless, we won’t charge you extra money for the additional shipments.

I Received My Order In Multiple Boxes

If you selected ‘Group My Items Into As Few Shipments As Possible’ we may pack the items separately due to weight or size issues. We have warehouses in different areas and mainly that is why we use a number of boxes for one order. As you can understand that if different items are kept in different storehouses, they can’t be packed together. Sometimes, we also send and order part by part due to product availability. If some of your ordered items are available and some are not, we will dispatch the available items first and then rest if the products, as soon as they are ready. Please note that we don’t charge anything extra for partial shipments done at our sole discretion.

Item Availability

The availability of an item is clearly noted on the Product Detail page under Processing Time. Due to the nature of our business most items are made-to-order painting assignments, which has a standard processing time of 14-21 days. However, some paintings, large or highly complex pieces may take more time to finish. If you find any “In stock” products, then we assure you that it will be ready for shipment within 1-2 days.

Oversized Items

Oversized or framed products will be sent exclusively through Expedited or Express shipping. The charges and rules of shipping will depend on the chosen shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page.

Before signing and accepting the product from delivery personnel, kindly check the package carefully to make sure that there is no damage whatsoever. Due to long transit process, the package may not look absolutely neat and clean. However, if you see that the content inside the package is damaged, don’t accept the order delivery. Please contact us immediately and provide your order number for faster solution.

Shipping Limitations

Numerous customs agencies all over the world have forced a size limitation on all imported parcels. The maximum size limit for rectangular-shaped parcels is 42 inches in length and 79 inches in height (Maximum length and girth combined: 108 inches). This rule is followed in almost all the countries. If your order crosses the maximum size limit, we may cancel the order and repay you the total amount.

Rules & Restrictions

We ship products only on business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

The shipping cost of a single item helps you understand what you need to pay for that product, if you want to ship it alone. If you buy several items and choose to ship them together, then you will get a discount on shipping charges. You may even find out that bulk order shipping and handling rate is cheaper than individual product shipping rate. You can see the total shipping cost on the Shipping Options page during checkout.

Shipping Countries

We dispatch products almost everywhere in the world. While placing an order, you can select the name of your country from “Address Information” page. Please not that if your country is not available in our list, then we can’t send products to your location.

We have excluded some countries from our delivery network due to various reasons. The reasons can be too many fraudulent orders from those countries, our courier partners don’t deliver products in those countries or their law prevents us from sending our products to those countries. We appreciate your interest in our site and would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Customs/Import Duties and Local Delivery

When ordering from, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

If you are buying from anywhere outside China, you may be subject to customs and import duties. The customs and import charges will be added to the product(s) when it will reach the recipient's country. Please note that any additional charges for customs/Import duties must be carried by the recipient as we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. The customs and import charges are different in every country. Therefore, we advise you to call your local customs office for more details.

Our company and shipping partners can’t manipulate local delivery rules and regulations. The delivery time displayed for international orders only indicates the time it will take to reach your local post office. However, we can’t guarantee when the order will be delivered to your home from the post office. Product delivery may get delayed due to customs/import duties and local postal requirements.

Special Situations

Weather, natural calamities and such other things that we can’t control, may delay the shipping and delivery dates. If the situation is really serious and will take some time to settle down, we may add some extra instruction to the Checkout pages and to our automatic voice response system.

Order Tracking

After placing your order in our site, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement mail immediately from our side. This mail will show you all your order details, including shipping date and estimated delivery date of every product. Once we dispatch your order from our warehouse, you will get a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

We assign a tracking number for each order immediately at the warehouse and it appears in our website with other information related to the order you have placed. However, the carrier may take 48 hours or more to upload the order information in his tracking system. Rarely, products are delivered via a carrier who does not provide order tracking facility. In such cases, BrushWiz website will not provide tracking data. However, it will certainly provide order status and other details.

You can also visit Order Status in our website anytime to check the most recent status of your shipment.

Difference Between Order Status And Tracking Information

The order status is provided by and it shows the information about your order, till it leaves our warehouse. Once the package leaves our storehouse, it is managed by a carrier such as, FedEx, USPS or UPS. The carrier may provide tracking information so that you can keep a track of your order from the time it leaves our warehouse to the time it reaches its destination*. The tracking information can be viewed from “Your Order Details" on our website as soon as it is available.
