Gift Cards

A BrushWiz gift card contains prepaid credit for purchases on brushwiz.com. Choose a value from $50 to $1,000 and send it either by email as an eGift card or by mail as a physical card.

Two formats are available:

• Physical Gift Cards: A plastic card sent by mail, with its own card number and a PIN beneath the scratch-off panel on the back.
• eGift Cards: A digital card emailed immediately or on your chosen date, with an optional design and personal message.

BrushWiz gift cards are redeemable only for purchases made on brushwiz.com.

Open the Gift Cards page, choose a physical or digital card, select its value, and finish the purchase through checkout.

• eGift Cards: Electronic delivery is always free.
• Physical Gift Cards: Select the free delivery option during checkout.

When today is selected, the recipient usually receives the email within one hour of purchase. For a future date, delivery is scheduled for that chosen day. We will email you after the eGift card has been sent.

Yes. Add a note to an eGift card on its product page. For a physical card, enter the message at checkout and we will print it and include it with the card.

Visit the Check Balance section and provide the 16-digit card number together with its four-digit PIN.

During checkout, choose ‘Add a Gift Card,’ enter the 16-digit number, and select ‘Apply.’ We will deduct the amount from the order total and leave any unused credit on the card.

Regular gift cards have no expiration date or maintenance charge. Cards provided through a promotion may follow a stated expiration date.

Yes. A gift card and an eligible discount code may be applied to the same order. Gift card funds can also be used to cover shipping charges and taxes.

• A gift card cannot pay for another gift card.
• Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or redeemed for cash.
• Each transaction accepts a maximum of one gift card.
• Physical cards and eGift cards must be ordered separately.

Gift-card purchases are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. When an eligible item paid for by gift card is returned, we restore the credit to the original card or provide a new claim code.

• Lost/Stolen: BrushWiz is not responsible for a lost or stolen card. If you retained its details and the balance remains unused, you may still redeem it online.
• Missing eGift Card: Have the recipient check their spam folder first. If the message is not there, contact us so we can investigate.

Yes. For corporate programs or purchases of at least 50 cards, email [email protected]. A member of our team will reply within one business day.

The following conditions apply to physical BrushWiz gift cards and eGift cards:

1. Redemption: Gift cards may be used only on www.brushwiz.com for eligible products. Each purchase reduces the available balance, while unused funds remain on the card. If the order total is higher than the card balance, you must pay the difference with another accepted payment method.

2. Limitation on Use:

• A promotional gift card may expire according to the conditions of the applicable offer.
• Gift cards may not be used to buy additional gift cards.
• Gift cards may not be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or converted to cash.
• A balance cannot be moved from one account to another.

3. Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk transfer to the purchaser when the card is delivered electronically to the recipient or physically to the carrier. After delivery, BrushWiz is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or used without authorization.

4. Fraud Prevention: If a purchase uses a gift card obtained fraudulently, BrushWiz may close the associated account and require a different form of payment.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, and their resale is prohibited.

6. Promotional and Corporate Use: Gift cards are suitable for personal and corporate gifts, but they may not be included in advertising, marketing, email campaigns, or other promotions without prior written consent. For orders of 50 cards or more, contact [email protected].

7. Unauthorized Affiliation: You may not use the BrushWiz name, logo, or trademarks to purchase or promote gift cards without permission. A card must not imply our sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with another person, company, or service unless we have approved it in writing.

8. Compliance with Laws: Purchasing or redeeming a BrushWiz gift card requires compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Gift cards must not be used for deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
